Amendments to adwords landing page which contains a form

[login to view URL] 1. Change subject of email arriving to :- "Laptop Screen Quote" instead of "Appointment for Laptop" 2. Some valid email address are being rejected when typed in the box with error :- "Error sending please re-try." - Remove all restrictions from Your Name, Phone Number , Email Address, Laptop Make, Laptop Model and Comments boxes so anything can be typed without giving the user any errors. Also remove the 2 x * from the Your Name and Phone Number words. 3. Add the extra option at the bottom of the form and deliver results (see screenshot) 4. As this page is currently being used all times through Google adwords, setup a copy of this page to work on and not to go live until its finished and tested.
