IVR Enterprise Solution –
We Require a Credit Card Payment IVR Service Integrated using Voice XML similar to CreditCall.
Step 1. Customer calls in with either a 3-digit prompt 768 (PMT) or 611 from the cellular phone, direct dial from cell phone, or outside phone number to the IVR system.
- Options for language.
Step 2. Customer prompted, " thank you for calling XXXXX Automated Payment System. To pay your bill for account number “xxx-xxx-xxxx”, please press 1. For a different account number please press 2. Please enter your account number" .
- To pay your existing default plan on file, please press 1. Otherwise press 2 and select from the following options.

Step 3. Customer prompted, " To pay your bill with your default Credit Card on file Ending in XXXX, please press 1. Otherwise press 2 and input your Credit Card information.
- After Input… Ask User if they would like to make this the new default Credit Card for future payments
- Thank you, you have requested to pay $% on credit card number xx% with and expiry of mmyy%, if this is correct press 1, if incorrect press 2.
If one - send request via XML webservice to CardConnect platform with API to be provided to successful candidate.
Response returned will be positive with receipt number or failed to the Merchant.
If success reply to customer. "Thank you for your payment. Your receipt number is %Receiptnumber%. To repeat press 1 or hang up"
If unsuccessful reply back saying sorry transaction failed, and reason code.

I have reviewed your project description and would like to let you know that we have developed similar solutions in past also. Your requirement can be developed using two API's/Technologies primarily as under:
1. Twillo: From this you would have to purchase a phone number. We would use API's to develop the functionality which you have mentioned.
2. Payment Gateway: You would have to procure a PCI DSS Payment Gateway where we may store the credit card information etc. and may process the transactions in the way which you have mentioned.
As you may see, we have end to end knowledge for the solution you require. Please open PMB to discuss this further.

You could use PHP-AGI for following functions:
- managing calls: pickup, answer, hang-up
- capturing key-press
- presenting IVR with either pre-recorded speech or text to speech functions
- managing database (inset, update, delete functions)
- invoking external web services in either XML, JSON, or HTTP
Let me know if this PHP-AGI method is OK for you. It is simply a few lines modification on your dial-plan, but complex coding in PHP-AGI script
