Basic word-press themed website needs to be built

We need a simple 3 column website built that is very similar to the Revista Wordpress theme. Revista can be seen here: [login to view URL] Our logo (which we already have) will be centered up top. Right below it, we'll need an email input field to collect users' emails. On either side of this email input field, we'll need buttons to follow us on Twitter and Facebook. The emails will need to be stored on our server database or to a spreadsheet file with DB capabilities like Google Docs. Below this will be our entries for the site. A three column layout much like the "World" section in Revista. See the attached JPEG file. We would want at least 3 rows of posts showing in this grid. So it would be 3x3. Underneath the last row of posts, we'd need a "Load More" button that would enable the user to load more of our posts. Beneath the posts, we'd want a clickable field which would show our categories via Wordpress tags. At the bottom of the page, we'll have an About Us, FAQ, Contact Us and Privacy Policy sections which we will provide. For each individual post, we'll need their tags displayed at the top. Beneath that the subject line of the post. Next to that, the author who wrote the post. And big buttons to share the post to Facebook and Twitter both on top and below the post. Also, I've seen it on some sites that when you scroll down while reading the individual post, a Facebook and Twitter share button will appear in a fixed spot on the top left (or right) of the post. Our prospective site builder will have plenty of experience with Wordpress, HTML5, CSS and perhaps some PHP as well. References will be required as well as recent examples of work done. Thank you.
