My client is an agency that provides entertainers for events. They have a database of end users e.g. hotels, clubs etc and a database of suppliers e.g. DJ's, bands etc.
What they are looking for is a database / software solution where all contracts issued by them to the customer and the supplier are issued electronically through the database. Therefore if a hotel is on their database they just click on the hotel name from a drop down list and this will populate all fields of the contracts. The same applies for the supplier. They can then add any additional items or change of standard hours and then the contract can be mailed to the client / supplier.
They have a web site that is built using PHP and HTML. There is a MySQL database used for the CMS. An ideal situation is that this new application could be added as a sub directory of the web site so they could go to say [url removed, login to view] (or whatever) and access the contract system.
I have attached a sample contract showing fields that need to be populated.
