Convert exisitng site into Wordpress

I require an existing website to be converted to a brand new Wordpress website using the same look and feel as the original website. Wordpress will be running on Windows IIS server and not on Linux. I will supply a blank IIS Wordpress website to work with. I should be able to obtain any graphics from the original website if they cannot be downloaded directly since we already host the website. The website to be converted is [login to view URL] Note the following key pages and content :- Home page :- keep the same look and feel but the contact details at the top and bottom should be in text so that Google can index them. The main content can be a static page with the only dynamic content being in the "Latest News" and "Latest Case Studies" on the right hand side of the page About Us - Same as the Home Page description Products - This page shows a list of categories (explained below) News and Media - Simple list of latest news. Setting this to show standard Wordpress posts set to a category of "News" is fine Latest Case Studies - This is a widget shown on the right of most pages. This contains standard list of posts. Use the category of "Case Studies". There is very little content on the existing site for this at the moment. The main data used on the site is where products are added by the end user. Currently they are set up as :- Categories - A Category can contain one or more products. The list of categories is shown on the "Products Page" Products - Contains text, PDF Data Sheet and PDF brochure. A list of products is shown when clicking on the Category Although the website looks quite basic at the moment the key deliverable is to transfer the content and look and feel to Wordpress and allow the end user to continue to update their content. There will be a later phase of work to overhaul the website with an improved look and feel.
