Converting PSD file to Joomla 3 project

We need some one to convert PSD to joomla 3 template ,it is not required to be responsive , but it should work on desktop browsers (IE 8+,FF,Chrome ).
ETA :3-4 days.
you dont have to worry about internal page , all what need is deliver the template that show the home page as it is in concept with ability to add content pages without breaking the style .
also we need a plugin of custom form for contact us and another page .
