Create a Wordpress Plugin

I'm looking for someone to write a plugin that is specific to the Elegant Themes Divi theme. Using Wordpress Multisite, new sites are created with a single page with preoutlined modules via the Divi page builder. What I need is a custom dashboard for the user that has a set of tabs with entry fields for text inputs, links, media uploads, and color selectors. After hitting save, the page would then populate the modules with the data the user has provided. For example, the user has a tab with basic information like "Name" and "Website." The user can enter their name and a url and click save. The page text module that corresponds with name is then populated with the user's name, and a text module with a link to the website is also populated. I'd also like the user to be able to upload a picture or video for use in either a media module as well as a slider module as the background image or video. This would populate the same way as the above example. The user would have a spot on the dashboard to upload an image to populate this specific module. A color selector would be able to change a module's specific color field entry. The inputs and file types I would need to be integrated would be text, url, mp3, mp4, all standard image types, and a color selector. The entry fields should be in tabs on the dashboard for the user. The users should be able to hit save and have the information auto populated to the specific page. You need to be familiar with the Divi theme, that is a must. And that's it. The plugin has to work with the Elegant Themes Divi plugin without issue.
