Create a Wordpress Template

Hello, I need to convert this Photoshop layout into a wordpress. Our current website: [login to view URL] We want to convert it to attached layout. ALL META TAGS AND SUBPAGES SHOULD BE CONVERTED TO THE NEW LAYOUT TRANSPERENTLY. As you can see in attached layout there is a rotating main image. A Youtube Video, That shouldn’t be displaying other related video after playing. Under our Featured Products Design : note the scroll left and right button that loads more products. I want this to automatically rotate every 5 seconds The products are not for sale, when clicking on each specific product a page such as this will load explaining about the product (But off course with the new layout): [login to view URL] Latest News: This will update automatically from the Blog Page. Please note our blog page runs on a separate Wordpress DB. Our Clients: note the scroll left and right button that loads more clients. I want it to rotate every 5 seconds. When clicking on any of the clients it will load this page: [login to view URL] Articles Link in the bottom will load a page similar to this: [login to view URL] The social media links will link to the various social media pages.
