Create a Wordpress Theme

We need a new WP theme created from a PSD file for an already existing simple client's WordPress website: [url removed, login to view]
The new theme must be a child theme based on the Studiopress Genesis framework. We own the Genesis framework and a few Genesis child themes like "corporate" which you can use as starting basis. Anything is already installed including the Genesis theme.
Must be 100% fully responsive for every device. The site must have multi-language functionality. We've already installed the multi-language plugin "Polylang". A language selector in the upper right header corner is needed like in the actual site molasafaris.com. Needs a nice slider on the home page, all widgets like header widgets, sidebar widgets, footer widgets, featured blocks, etc. and an image and video gallery
