I'm looking for someone to build a template for a wordpress site. I've had a design completed and can provide a pdf to work from including imagery.

Requirements:

⦁ The site utilises a plugin called wpcoupon, the theme needs to work with this plugin to ensure the relevant pieces of content are always shown.

⦁ seemlessly intergate with the site across all pages

⦁ The theme needs to be well structured and have no major w3c errors

⦁ Be mindful that the main image in the plugin will be uploaded by administrators. The theme needs to take into consideration that the user will be simply uploading an image with no image editing skills. The theme needs to work with this in mind.

I can provide access to a staging site where you'll be able to test your theme is working correctly.

I've attached a sample screenshot of what I expect.
