Create basic wordpress template from already running template

There is a website template which I need you to adapt to wordpress and allow the modification of elements such as, logo, background picture, and most of the elements available, the following is the list of pages to adapt Index : There is a background picture, a list of icons of the products offered which should be copied and adapted. There are also list of testimonials with thumbnails, and a contact form Product pages: There´s a table of prices for around 7 or 8 products along with a submission form for each table, which only links to a paypal url The design is full width, adpatative and theres a sticky header with menu elements. The job is very simple, I will only provide you the url of the website where the original template is shown, I dont have access to the original files.
