Cubecart 3 to 4 upgrade with update to template and install

Task 1) Copy old site to new domain name 2) Upgrade from cubecart 3 to 4 3) Update the template to work with Cubecart 4 4) Update the template to allow you to edit every page on the site (standard cubecart feature). The current site was fixed html pages (10 max).
