The aim of the system is to enable people to make their complaints through the Internet and is routed to the appropriate area to take issue and investigate.

El proyecto consiste en la creaci?n de un sistema Web de nombre: [url removed, login to view], el cual ayudar? a la gesti?n de denuncias de la ciudadan?a en temas de Aseo y Ornato, Transito Vial y Delitos.

El objetivo del sistema es permitir que las personas realicen sus denuncias a trav?s del Internet y que se direccione al ?rea correspondiente para que se tome asunto e investigue.

**Usuario**

La persona que desea realizar una denuncia debe registrarse primeramente en el sitio web denunciasecuador.com. Para el registro s?lo deber? ingresar los siguientes datos si se desea de que sea un usuario an?nimo:

La persona con su usuario y clave puede ingresar al sistema y acceder a las siguientes opciones:

**Ingreso de denuncia**

Una persona que desea realizar una denuncia, deber? ingresar con su nombre de usuario y clave de acceso. A continuaci?n el sistema web presentar? un formulario electr?nico que permita registrar su denuncia. Los campos pueden ser:

Titulo

Descripcion

Fecha de Evento

Ciudad/Provincia

Archivo

Denuncia p?blica/privada

Tipo: Aseo y Ornato, Transito Vial, Delito

**Revisar buz?n personal de mensajes**

Dado que una persona que realiza la denuncia, puede estar en completo anonimato, las autoridades de control necesitan un mecanismo para interactuar con el denunciante sin que se afecte su confidencialidad. Para lograr esto, el sisitema permite al usuario tener acceso a un buzon personal de mensajes, el cual sirve para recibir y enviar mensajes a las autoridades de control y asi estar comunicados en total anonimato.

**Denuncias publicas**

El usuario registrado pordr? consultar las denuncias registradas por otros usuarios de tipo p?bica su consulta ser? por: el ?ltimo dia, la ultima semana, el ultimo mes.

**Autoridad de control**

Una autoridad de control, de Tipo Aseo y Ornato, Transito Vial, Delito, puede ingresar al sistema previo registro por el administrador del sistema. El registro puede tener los siguientes campos:

Nombre completo

Correo

Usuario

Clave

Tel?fono

Direcci?n

Cargo P?blico

Ciudad

Tipo: Aseo de Ornato, Transito vial, delitos

Una autoridad de control tiene acceso a:

Consultar denuncia

Revisar buz?n personal de mensajes

Los reportes que se generan pueden ser expotados en Excel o PDF.
