Add Comments and member registration to my site

I have a website that I sell web templates on, its [url removed, login to view]
I want to add another page where it will allow users to post comments.
I want a registration and login form added as well. Only registered users will be able to post a comment.
If you do this correctly than you will have the option of doing more.
This first project will not be paid.
I need to see what you can do first. If you do it well I'll give you some money but this project will not be paid. IT is simply a trial project.
