Business Networking and Advertising Portal

I need a prototype application created similar to social networking sites like facebook except that this application will be meant for business users. The business users should be able to login and network with other business users. They should also be able to advertise thier own business. I leave the logistics and the design decisions to the coder. I don't need anything too complicated. I need this project to be developed using Java and web 2.0 technologies.I want the coder to use? Spring MVC and Spring Webflow frameworks.
