Convert J2ME To Flex

I created a j2me application and I want this application to be converted to an actionscript 3 application. The application must be created as a flex project. Note: this project is only a client side application. The client communicates to the server via an api but you will not be working with the actual server code or the database. I am only considering strong bidders with good ratings for this project. I will release the code on request. I have attached a basic user manual for the application so that you can see what the application is all about. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
