Datalife engine picture upload/ advanced search module

I am going to make Datalife engine script as online real estate website. So that user could upload their statements. everything is done But there are 4 more functions left to do 1. search system to be more advanced and I could add some more options to be selectable while searching, like place and price from - to 2. users to upload images more easily without pasting image url to [img][/img] code.. I mean directly browse button to upload images and images could be seen in shortstory and fullstory. 3. and would be great if automatically generating ID Js can be added: for example someone choose town number 03, street #076, and apartment #015, with this opinions automatically ID look this way 03076015 (depending on address) 4. and if option 3 is possible maybe you can create script that does not allow address to be repeated..
