Develop guage with Google Visualzation API

This project is the development of a custom gauge within the Google Visualization API ([login to view URL]) The gauge displays four data series in a cylinder, and takes in seven parameters: Max: The max value for the gauge Min: The min value for the gauge 1st Series: The value for the first series 2nd Series: The value for the second series 3rd Series: The value for the third series 4th Series: The value for the fourth series Color: The base color for display of each series, passed as a hex value. Each series is displayed as a percentage of the base color (% opacity). Complete specifications will be provided to the winning bidder. Winning bidder must also create an example page that uses the gauge.
