AJAX Conference Room Booking Tool (1031981)

We need an AJAX Conference Room Booking Tool. We are a team of develloppers and we would like to test the viability of outsourcing on one of our small projects. We expect the seller (coder) to communicate a lot (in good business english - with accent is OK)**.** We expect solid bases in javascript and php/mysql in order to deliver a stable release of the project. We may be able to help out on particular issues, therefore,? we do expect the seller to **give notice of any problem which may arrise during devellopment (through skype).** Technology needs to be: -Javascript (compatible with all main browsers) -Php? (current supported versions) -MySql? (current supported versions) Functionalities we intend to have on it: **ADMIN** -Set up users (with or without rate) -User groups (having the same rates) -Set up a conference? room? (with picture and description) -Rates per users (or free) -Hour total per user or user group -Possibility to set different rates on special days (holiday rates OR Sunday rate) and special rates at specific times of the day (evening / Night rate) -View bookings of all clients -View per users/per room/user group -Possibility to change bookings of clients -Mark a booking session as paid/unpaid -Receive automatic reminder? of client? booking 2 hours before **USERS** ? -A reliable "drag and drop" functionality to book (drag and drop) -View all their bookings -Capacity to? edit their bookings (Until 24h before) -Meeting subject Autocomplete? showing previous choices -Description of metting (should be suggested if previous choice selected in autocomplete) -View total of their usage/user group (With and without "planned" ones) -View their usage per group? (With and without "planned" ones) -View all costs related to their bookings (per booking and making a total) distinguishing paid and unpaid -Receive automatic reminder for booking 2 days before ## Deliverables Aim The buyer needs a conference room booking tool. It should have an "outlook-like" agenda, with dynamic ability to toggle between the daily, weekly, monthly and yearly views. Daily and weekly views should have a drag and drop (ondrag/onmousedown= start time / onmouseup=end time) booking features. Views should be per conference room and clients (only showing unavailable when another client booked). In addition, an admin view should give an overview with the ability of viewing all clients, or to highlight one client's booking in the different (daily,weekly, monthly and yearly) views.
