Add AJAX features to existing PHP forms

I have 2 existing forms in written in PHP , this are standard forms with no AJAX functions, I would like to have some ajax functionality on some form components . i.e instead of drop down combo boxes, I would like predective text input. you can use 3rd party API's like ones from yahoo or google. please show some of your previous similar work to bid on this project. ## Deliverables the 2 PHP Forms are at : <[login to view URL]> and <[login to view URL]> Ideally I would like something like : <[login to view URL]> The pizza ordering form, has lots of good implementations of AJAX. You will have to change the textfields and textcolor of the form components as well. Please include suggestions how you would use AJAX to improve my current forms to be considered for this bid.
