Add Subscription Management to music script

Hello, I have a music script with user management now i wanted to add subscription management with gateways paypal, 2checkout and authorize into it so from the admin panel i want the option where i can switch on and switch off the subscription management by default i want the subscription management to be off: So when i switch on the subscription management on the registration page whatever subscription i added from admin control panel must show in the registration page and when i switch off the subscription management on the registration page the registration page must act normal. Subscription Management must have links to: Add subscriptions View current subscriptions View current subscribers View payment logs What after members subscribes ? when my members subscribes to my website i want my members to show the music download option which i already have in my music script. So they can download songs by subscribing to the website and if they choose free signup when registering they must be able to see everything on my website except the download song link.
