Affiliate module for OS commerce 2.3.1

Hello, Need a Affiliate module for OS commerce 2.3.1 version:- Should have following features Need a affiliate section for OS commerce, where designer can create their accounts 1)submit their designs 2)Every Designer should be able to manage their own mini Admin once they create account for uploading images and entering description of product, checking the number of items they sold and their account credit. etc 2) every time their design is sold they get a percentage of commision of the sale value 3)once their balance reaches a minimum amount, for example $20 they automatically get paid the amount via paypal 4)Need a control in Main admin to control all the affiliate activities of Designers.
