Automated Email / Texts / Phone Call+Voicemail Reminder Software

This project is to build appointment confirmation software - Make a website button like this: [login to view URL] - When you click it, it leads to a page like this: [login to view URL] - That page would also have this: [login to view URL] - And that page would also have a button like this in the corner: [login to view URL] - Once that 'book now' button is clicked, an automatic email should be sent to the email they provided with a summary of the date/time they selected, and an appointment entry made in google calendar that looks like this: [login to view URL] - The software must include a feature to deliver an automatic email reminder at a customizable time that includes a clickable link that would confirm their appointment when clicked. - The software must include a feature to deliver an automatic reminder text message reminder at a customizable time WITH A FEATURE that allows recipients to reply to the text message to confirm the appointment. When they reply to confirm, recipients should receive a followup text verifying that their confirmation was received. - The software must include a feature to deliver an automatic reminder phone call at a customizable time WITH A FEATURE that allows recipients to press 1 to confirm their appointment, or press 2 to reschedule or cancel their appointment. Pressing 2 would make the software auto-dial the business to connect them with an employee for manual scheduling. If the call is not picked up and goes to voicemail, the software should recognize this and be able to leave a message. - When people confirm (either by clicking a link in their email, replying to a text, or pressing 1 during the phone call), it should integrate with google calendar and the business should be able to see real-time, color-coded updates to the entries in the calendar that represent HOW recipients have been reminded, and whether or not they've confirmed. - When appointments are initially scheduled by pressing the done button in the appointment form, their google calendar entry information should be highlighted grey. When confirmed, it should be highlighted green. If they've been reminded by email, but not been confirmed, it should be blue. If they've been reminded by text, but not been confirmed, it should be yellow. If they've been reminded by phone, but not been confirmed, it should be pink. - The finished product must be able to recognize when a patient has confirmed and stop sending scheduled confirmation reminders. -Business owners should be able to log into a control panel with a name and password to modify: 1) How many people can book within the same time period, and which time period are available for appointments, like this: [login to view URL] 2) Control the features included in this image:[login to view URL] as well as having three additional fields: Send an email confirmation __ hours before appointment, Send a text confirmation __ hours before appointment, Send a phone confirmation __ hours before appointment. 3) Email, Text, and Voicemail templates that look like this: [login to view URL] Please place the words "Sounds good" in front of your bid so I know that you've read everything here and understand the scope of this project.
