Automatic PayPal payments validation

We are looking for a developer with the following skills: Experience in security issues Experience in PHP/MySQL/Java script development Experience in Web designing Availability for technical contacts via e-mail and Skype We are running a web site hosted on a web hosting company using a shared server, with software entirely designed by our company that is using PHP / MySQL / Java script. The remote machine is Unix based and is accessible through FTP / WEB for administrative purposes. We want a dynamic expert developer able to deal with the development tools we are using, able to revise the security issues of the web site and that is able to add a new feature: Automatic PayPal payments validation We are a software house that offer to our customer the possibility to purchase our software products and our services online trough our web site. Paying users own an account that allows them to access to a restricted area from where they can download the software and use our technical support services. Actually When the users purchase our software they receive via e-mail an account to access the restricted area. We have a PayPal verified account that they use for the payments. What we would like to obtain When the users decide to purchase our software they will be invited to fill an order form and they will use our ready-to-use links to pay trough PayPal, they should be able to pay and then be redirected to a page of our web site that will confirm that the payment has been completed succesfully and will give to the users the details about their Login account, a confirmation e-mail should also be sent to the registration e-mail. Login accounts will be generated runtime using some of already existing PHP scripts we developed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux, FreeBSD, PHP, MySQL, Java script
