We would like a browser based HTML editor system to be develped.
The system needs to resemble [url removed, login to view] as much as possible,
but without breaching any copyright laws. The new product needs to be our
own product with full copyright.
One difference between the new system and nextedit is that the new system
needs to work properly on Internet Explorer and FireFox (nextedit works only
on Internet Explorer).
To make the development faster, you may use an open source browser based
HTML editor in the new system, as long as we have copyright over the
developed produced.
Our budget for developing the entire system with all the features nextedit
has is UP TO $200, but since price is an issue we will give a big
consideration to bids with a lower price. Also, please provide in your bid
samples of your work. Thanks you.
