Need to change existing CSS to modify look and feel of existing website.
1.
I will provide graphics (logo, etc)
2.
Must modify existing CSS as i do not want to manually update ALL the existing pages
3.
Willing bidder will be given instructions in details (including URL).
4.
Must download site and work locally
## Deliverables
**TOP HEADER AND MAIN BODY

1. WCC strict
2. Phone number - top right (I will provide graphic)
3. New logo ??" top left (I will provide graphic)
4. Different gradient pattern (up top) ??" see patter on the left side (top) ??" similar to <[url removed, login to view]> - please find one and add it (background of the page will change from light gray to white)
5. Gradient -> to white in the middle (now light gray)
6. Add link to Blog in Navbar (between “resources?? and “contact??)
7. Replace top banner with JQuery banner. Example: <[url removed, login to view]> but notes always on not just on mouse over. I will provide images and text for each image)

10. Internal pages larger (as above)
11. No outline in internal pages but with optin on top right (I will explain)
