Clipshare Customization

I have currently installed Clipshare 4.1.5 successfully. I have the youtube video grabber but it returns an error of "failed to get video url" whenever a valid youtube url is entered. The customizations I am hoping to find are as follows: 1) Get the video grabber working. And if possible integrate it to work with dailymotion as well. 2) Create a serverside que to convert one file at a time instead of overloading my server with conversions while people are browsing the site. 3) Postpone posting the video until after the conversion has been completed to avoid the thumbnails issues on larger files. 4) Create 3 moving thumbnails for videos instead of rotating screenshots. 5) Integrate usernames with PhpFreechat and PhpBB. I am currently running on a pacifichost shared server and have all clipshare necessary libraries and databases installed correctly and the site runs smoothly with the exception of the previous wants.
