Clone of search and results page using API

hi i would like a clone of the page [login to view URL](dot)com (both search page and results page) the "sponsored" search result via XML feeds.(attached xml example file) the "organic" search results should be from yahoo BOSS API or msn-bing search API. there should be organic search results(middle of page) and sponsored search results on the top and right. via the xml feeds that i provide.(attached xml example file). budjet $60 see referance ([login to view URL](dot)com/en-us/library/[login to view URL]) ([login to view URL](dot)org/wiki/Yahoo_Boss)
