Code out Layouts

I need a highly skilled person in html/css/javascript to code out some layouts that I design in photoshop (PSD files will be given) that are W3C compliant. There will be several, but this is just a test project for now to test how good you are, how responsive, etc. I will need you to take my layout, code it out, use css and such, as well as make a sub page for it. ## Deliverables Never use existing code or photography unless provided by or approved by us. Source code should be documented, but no mention of your name, company should ever be used. Everything whether code or testing text must be professional and in English. No language other than English is to ever be used. Triple Check everything for flawlessness and cross-browser compatibility. A project should never be delivered with any flaws at all! No work done for us is to ever show up in your portfolio. Deadlines are to be met - this means FLAWLESS work is to be presented before the deadline. ## Platform must work perfectly in all browsers of course!
