Create a JavaScript editor for a comma delimited array

The aim of this task is to create a JavaScript Wizard which allows editing a comma delimited array which allows another program to create a form consisting of multiple fields. Here is an example of an array which the wizard must edit: The wizard will output not HTML formats but a predefined Array which describes the Form generated, so that another program can use this array to generate the Form. We can supply the array in JSON format if you feel this will make development easier. The work required is specified in the attached document. This Wizard is based on the Customer Details Wizard in the software program ShopFactory. It is meant to be transferred from C++ to JavaScript To see the Wizard in action and to verify the functionality of the wizard you are creating, please download the ShopFactory demo from [[login to view URL]][1] Install the software and launch it. Then click on the Properties button on the main toolbar and select Customer Details. This will lead you to the Wizard. While there have been some minor changes to the Design described in here, it will be expected, that the Wizard will perform in a comparable way to this Wizard in ShopFactory. All code must be clearly commented and must be written in an object oriented fashion. Only bid for this project if you have extensive JavaScript skills. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. All code must be clearly commented and must be written in an object oriented fashion. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
