Create Simple Music Posting Website

Hello, We are looking to have a team create a website similar to this one: [login to view URL] We like the design and functionality of this site. Our site should have the following (but not limited to) features: Front end -----> should resemble a nice design/layout similar to [login to view URL] - Admin Area -----> add/edit mixtape name, dj, artist(s), tracklist -----> add/edit mixtape cover images (front and back) -----> add/edit duration, size, release date -----> add/edit/delete comments - Categories/Subcategories ------> categories for mixtapes, street albums, etc. ------> subcategories such as hip hop, r&b, etc for the categories - Browsing ------> users should be able to browse items by newest, by artist, and by title ------> users should be able to browse items by most views, highest rating, and most comments Other Functionality -----> ability to search -----> ability to comment on items -----> ability to rate items -----> ability to share a page with friends -----> SEO friendly URLs -----> implement a cost per action code (that we will provide) so that a person can only gain access to the download links if they complete the requirement. There should be a download button, which calls a JavaScript code or something to trigger the CPA gateway as in the above example link. Technologies -----> Linux -----> PHP -----> MYSQL -----> Ajax -----> * open to suggestions on other viable technologies This is mostly what we need.
