Cross browser CSS and javascript for web app

I have a todo list web app that is working well in chrome, almost perfectly in firefox as well but has significant issues with JavaScript in IE. I can provide details so you can take a look at the site before you bid, feel free to pm me for more info (I don't want to provide this publicly since it requires that I give you login credentials). I would like the functionality in chrome replicated in IE7+. I will award a partial payment if you can only get it working with IE8+, but ideally I would like to see IE7 working if possible. I am the original developer of this application and can provide any support and clarification on how the site functions in detail. As far as CSS, I don't anticipate too much work as most has been completed, however there is CSS code in multiple files that I would like consolidated into the mail [login to view URL] file as well. If you would like to split these up into different files for better readability that is fine with me, whatever makes it easier for you. I am a developer with more work than I can currently do alone, and freelancers who show good work ethic, communication and skill set will likely see many more projects from me in the future.
