Custom Javascript PHP Datagrid

I am looking for a creative web designer who is expert in web design, Java Script, MySQL, PHP and CSS. The person should have a very good understanding of JQuery along with CSS. I am looking for some one to design the requested datagrid to be fully customizable to the specification which is attached. The person will also create the required images and create required css which can be intergrated with the datagrid. The final look of the datagrid needs to be to a professional standard and is required to be visually pleasing. The person selected will also have to create mock data and should be able to test the code in the browser with cross compatibility. The is required to be done to my satisfaction prior to acceptance and final payment Do not apply for this project unless you can provide it to a high standard.
