Customize Premium Wordpress Theme

Hi, I have recently purchased the following Premium Wordpress Theme: Templatic Real Estate. Demo: [login to view URL] Please see the demo above. I need someone who can change the terms/values of some of the search fields in the search form. (The search form is listed on the frontpage, and also, on subpages as a -slidedown from the menu). I need Location to say "State" instead I need Price Range to display "Counties" instead. So when State chosen is "Alabama" this field will show only the counties for alabama. If the state chosen is californa it will show the counties for just california.. You get the idea. "Bedrooms" must be changed into "Size" . - Values here will be predetermined by me (different size of acres) "Bathroom" must be changed into "Type". - Values here will be predetermined by me (different types of properties) And "Area (SQ ft.)" will be changed into Price range instead. Now please be aware, that when changing these fields, I want the same changes to happen on other pages, such as property listing pages (example: [login to view URL]) and in submit property page: [login to view URL] Needless to say, all functions must still work perfectly after the changes. - Some of the current fields that I need to have changed are linked in to the theme-options from the admin panel, so it could get a big tricky. You must be able to edit in these theme-files without screwing anything up. I need someone with EXCELLENT english communication skills to do this! I also need the person that wins this to be available on Skype.. And actually be available, not just say hi and then log off again! I need this done in a matter of a FEW days. I know this is not a big job for someone who knows Wordpress/PHP tweaking. so place your bids accordingly. This shouldnt take more than a few hours for someone skilled with wordpress!
