DHTML interface for image cropping

I need a DHTML interface for cropping images. Note: this is the interface only - I have the image processing routines in place. The interface should allow the input of an image path and file name through either form or URL values. This script will not provide an image upload function or image browsing functions. The local developer will be able to set the width/height ratio in the source code. If this value is not set, the operator will be able to make a "free-form" selection (any width/height ratio is ok), as long as it does not extend into negative points. Clicking on the image will begin the drawing of a boundary box. dragging to the right and downward will extend the boundry box. In no cases will the box be allowed to draw a "negative" region, eg, up and/or to the left of the intial starting point (0,0). Clicking outside the bounding box will restart the process at the new click coordinates. The operator will then be able to move the bounding box around the image by clicking inside the boundary box and dragging it around the image. The operator will be able to resize the bounding box by dragging the corners and/or edges of the box. In no case should the box be allowed to extend beyond the edges of the image. When the bounding box is finalized, a simple form post will submit the image path and name, and bounding coordinates to a source code settable script using hidden or visible form fields. The local developer will be able to add hidden or visible form fields to pass additional data in the submit event. In other words, don't code anything that will preclude additional fields. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Must function in modern web browsers. Will only use .jpg or .gif images, should that matter.
