Design & develop market testing platform for startups

This website will be purely a market testing polling platform. It will be used to get a sense of whether a startup idea, a change or a decision is worth pursuing. Users will submit a market testing question and select the 2, 3, 4 or 5 responses they want users to respond with. Results are then complied for the user to assess after a nominated amount of time. We are hoping to have the design similar to indiegogo.com.
