build a housing storage website

The winning bidder will be building a website for users to post housing storage informtion. The designs of the website will be provided; however a few other pages will need to be created using the CSS templates of the designs.

A password protected dev site will be created for this. The final website will be ported to main domain name upon completion.
The website will be interfaced with google maps api, and it will use ALOT of AJAX technology.
This person must be able to communicate instantly via email or aim, and I take delivery deadlines very seriously. There will be a possibility for long term maintenance as well. Payment will not be made until project is tested and completed.
