Back End Solution + Captive Portal

EdgeFocus Inc is a wireless ISP(WISP) looking for a captive portal setup for our sites and a complete back end solution for billing, email etc. Requirements: Captive Portal: - A module to provide a single network solution for all of our wireless and wired locations. Ability for the user (defined as a paying customer) to connect to the EdgeFocus network from any machine as long as he has an active username and password. This module should also provide new users an ability to sign up for plans of various durations using credit cards. The credit cards would have to be authorized in real time when the new user signs up to verify sufficient funds. The system should recurringly deduct the funds for continuing users on their service anniversary date. The two primary aspects define above are [login to view URL] Authentication System: Running on LDAO architecture? [login to view URL] Account Management System: Should have a gui to enable us to pull reports. This should our customer support tech with the detailed history of user and a trouble ticket option. It should also have complete integration with the customer account and billing system used by the captive portal. -Our locations consist of either [login to view URL] routers which act as DHCP server/NAT/Firewall. [login to view URL] Routers All locations contain Cisco AP 350 or SmartBridge Access Points. Email Hosting: We want to set up web based email for our users, whereby they can create new email accounts and manage them. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The GUI should be accessible by Windows OS.
