Checkout and payment process template for website

I need to create a templated process for the checkout, payment, and electronic delivery for products I will sell on my [url removed, login to view] website. I am very easy to work with and have provided EXTREMELY detailed instructions/samples/info in the attached zip to make it easier for you. Here is how the payment process needs to work: 1. Customer clicks the buy button on my product page (these pages are created by me, which I then link to our checkout script via the order button) On the next screen, all it asks for is their name, e-mail, and to confirm their e-mail (see [url removed, login to view] example) When they click "continue" their first name and email get added to an autoresponder list (probably via AutoResponse Plus) - the purpose of this is to have their name on an "Incomplete Orders" list just in case they abandon the checkout process before completing the order, I can follow up via email. 2. On the 2nd screen, they choose from an "A package" or a "B package" and enter payment details. And by the way, this is also the exact template I want to use for all 3 screens of the checkout process (yellow/black) 3. Purchase is completed and they are taken OFF the "Incomplete Orders" list and ADDED to "Buyers" list for that product. 5. Receipt email gets sent, buyer info gets added to MySQL database, and on the 3rd and final screen, they are presented with their digital downloads. This whole process needs to be a template I can fill in for each of my products (maybe from an admin backend??) Because obviously what screens 2 and 3 display are variable based on the products sold. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
