Create a fake webhosting website

I need a website that looks like a web hosting company. It does not need to have any hosting control panel nor any payment processing because. So that a user would come to the website and think that it is a hosting company, but would not be able to pay for anything.

So I need to have:

* A nice main page with hosting package informations.

* A page with hosting plan details (bandwidth, webspace, PHP, MySQL etc).

* Terms of Service

* Help section

* A contact page

* Order new hosting plan page.

New plan ordering page will not be connected to any hosting panel or billing system. Let it just process the form and email the data to me.

I need several different pages in the help section, looking like a typical web hosting help system. I need one additional page in the help system for which I will supply contents myself later.

After choosing a programmer, I will send them a login and password where you will upload the website and I will tell you the domain.

The project is extremely urgent and needs to be done in 24 hours. Please do not bid if you are unable to complete this requirement.

## Deliverables

You can adapt help texts and terms of service documents from other websites to speed things up.
