Hi, I am a Canadian Technolgy provider. I have done this before to a company in India and also for my personal use. I know the in and out of A2billing and am a Asterisk/VOIP expert! I work strictly with an advance payment of at least 25%. This is fair. I have complained to freelancer that their only intention is to make buck for themselves. A system should be fair to both, dont you agree? If freelancer enforced a system where the developer gets an advance fee then the quality of freelancers will increase. People will leave their jobs to freelance. Now, the people on this site a mostly DESPARATE work seekers for whom $100 is a lot of money. Thanks, Warm regards, Anthonus.
