Connect the app to my database and allow me to control it -- 2

So I have an app that needs some work. I need the bugs fixed I also need the app to be connected to a admin. Or to my joomla. I have a website called Menu [login to view URL] and I need the app to connect to it. I also need the longitude and latitude to be fixed in the back end somewhere as well. I also need to be able to upload bulk amounts of restaurants. I would like for you to set my app to have the same features as the restaurants on the site has if possible. Type 4i5899859 if you have read this. If you can only build the back end of the site and need someone to connect the app to the data base please let me know. I am also including the source code. You also have to connect the app to my database so it can pull the resturants information that is already there... The app I have is already connected to my website [login to view URL]([login to view URL]). Problem is they made it wrong. SO what you have to do is go in and Edit the website to where it is in the write location. What you are seeing is the source code before they gave me the apk file. This source code is the code that i gave them to start the project. The apk is what was given to me after they did some work on it and connected it to my site. So if you want you can use what is on my site.. TO start building yours.
