Dating App using Xcode

Hello, I am looking for someone to help me make a dating app that I want to compete with Grindr or other gay dating apps. I have xcode and I just want help to make this app then I will be the one to send to the app store. The designer and developer will need to sign a NDA. the most thing i need to work on are: 1) Logo (icon and splash screen.) maybe have the intro screen be animation of our logo 2. Location Services 3) Push Notifications 4) Personal Profiles for users 5) Be able to send location 6) and much more to make it the best dating app Serious people only.
