Add a chart and gauge to a EmonCMS Project - repost 2

I operate an opensource system called EmonCMS to record energy usage for a client ([login to view URL]) EmonCMS uses the following work flow: 1. data from a remote energy meter posts data to EmonCMS using JSON in the URL String (this is called and input in EmonCMS) 2. EmonCMS then allow for the editing of the incoming values and is then exposed to a dashboard (this is called a feed in EmonCMS, each feed has its own table in mysql) 3. a feed is then used in displaying data on graphs and gauges. I need to add the following functionality to the system: 1. add a cron job that will pull the temperature for the install location from a public web service every hour and pass values to EmonCMS via the url string (json key:value) 2. I need to add the following graph to the dashboard [login to view URL] and show a feed in the top section being Temperature average for the month from the above task, and select another feed (energy used) and group by month in the lower graph. 3. add the following gauge [login to view URL] as an option to the EmonCMS dashboard 4. add a feed option that will allow passing values to another remote EmonCMS site via a url string (json key:value) Please see attach doc for screen shots of application and more info.
