Bukkit Plugin Developer for Minecraft

I need someone who can code bukkit plugins OR recreate existing plugins into versions that will work for my server version (1.2.5 R4.1) this version might change with an update of the tekkit modpack. Before i hire anybody, i need to see that you can do the job, so before you contact me, recreate 2 existing plugins ( MyCommand and SurvivalGames) after i check to see if at least one of the plugins work tgen i can hire you. Payment will be everytime i need you to recreate/create a plugin ($15-$40 per plugin depending on the plugin)
