CodeIgniter Form Problem - Fix Account Type bug and Add Missing Fields

Missing Fields on Front-end Account Edit Form: The current registration form asks for a student type with the following selections (Travel Agent = A, Travel Student = S, Meeting Planner=M, other=O). The select field works with conditional fields depending on selection made. Problem: Once an account is created those fields do not exist on the account edit form so we can only make additional changes by editing records in database. Solution: Add the same fields for Select Student Type to the account edit form. Associated Bug: Travel Agent type (A) should be the only account type that is queried during reports, specialist finder, and any email notifications to the sponsor. Travel Student Accounts, Meeting Planners, and other need to be excluded from showing up in these areas. They all seem to be getting assigned the same student type of (A) regardless of the selection. There is also a "specialist finder" checkbox at the end of the form that should only display when the Travel Agent Type A) is selected. Note: Same bug occurs with the administrator version of the form.
