Complete PHP Based Wizard/Form

I have created a HTML wizard based on the Theme Forest Developr Admin template. I need the PHP written to save all the values of the form as the user progresses through it. The values need to be saved to the session and to MySQL to allow the user to return to the wizard later if required. A number of complex calculations will need to be done once all the values are collected but that does not form part of this project. I simply need the front-end completed and the values saved ready for use later. The form uses jQuery to show/hide different options as required.
