Create a field in mysql and minor changes in privacy setting

I have a website and I need something fixed in the database. I want a separate row for registered users and group accounts. When an account is registered, it will go into a different row from the users and groups. Also I need the privacy settings to be fixed. I want user accounts to have the option to set their profile to private and hide their pictures. Also allow group account to allow their friends with other groups to view their profile when its set on private. Most of these things are here already, but I want to have more secure changes. It needs to be done as soon as possible.
