affiliate script Modification

I have affiliate software which needs to modified some area:

1- Admin can set up several different capture pages from admin section which allows member to create capture pages from member side by inserting data into text fields such as Headline ,Sub headline Description ....extra to create from.

But me as ADMIN anytime if I want to change the exiting uploaded capture pages with new Templates then I have to replace all the PHP variables into new capture pages and upload again .

so I want a new feature which enable Admin can easily change and put capture pages from new interface something like putting capture pages html code into text field and then define the capture pages data (title ,description...)PHP variables easily by drag and drop so I admin can easily move in the page.

2- I have integrated capture pages with getresponse and Aweber autoresponder which member can select from to appear in the capture pages but I want to change with another one .(This is easy task since just replacing the code which I provide).
