Code App to integrate price into Magento Cart

We need a custom app([login to view URL]) that will integrate with magento cart on this site ([login to view URL]). We have the compliled files(.fla, .aspx, .resx) for the existing bracelet configurator app, so if its possible to reuse some of the assets, that is fine. You can also start from scatch & just mirror the original app if easier. The main functionality is: -Take the total price from the bracelet configurator app & pass value into magento cart so that a person could configure thier bracelet & add it to thier cart in magento.
